School Celebrates Environment Day

Humble efforts towards a great cause

The school witnessed  the most genuine and sincere efforts of students of allmost all the classes .The aesthetics of Rangoli from class 12th ,the environment newspaper from class 11th , the sustainable development CD from class 10th , the  intricate collage from class 9th ,the real life projects and street plays from rest of the classes left no stone unturned to shake the inner core of one and all in and around the school to contribute their share towards this noble and urgent cause .

    Earth Day

    I am the Earth
    And the Earth is me.
    Each blade of grass,
    Each honey tree,
    Each bit of mud,
    And stick and stone
    Is blood and muscle,
    Skin and bone.

    And just as I
    Need every bit
    Of me to make
    My body fit,
    So Earth needs
    Grass and stone and tree
    And things that grow here
    Naturally.

    That's why we
    Celebrate this day.
    That's why across
    The world we say:
    As long as life,
    As dear, as free,
    I am the Earth
    And the Earth is me.
