What about Arya Samaj temples?They are huge ,bare halls with a few photographs of their preachers like swami Dayanand ,
Mahatma hansraj and so on , there are no deities , no bells , no offerings .
Actually they are basically satsang bhavans where there's havan and members
congregate for religious and social discourses .
Significance of havan in arya samaj?
Fire or agni is one of the five manifestations of life. In ceremonies like Wedding, birth, festivals etc., the fire is lit symbolizing the presence of God.
